If so, with the permission of the homeowner, reduce your bill by upgrading your home’s energy efficiency at no cost:
WEATHERIZATION ASSISTANCE PROGRAM
• Free on-site home inspection
• No-cost energy efficiency improvements like installation of insulation, caulking and light bulbs, and replacement of appliances like refrigerators, water heaters and furnaces

If so, and you have trouble paying your utilities bill or face immediate shutoff, get financial help:
HOME ENERGY ASSISTANCE PROGRAM (HEAP)
• Utility payment assistance of up to $307 once per year
• Homes facing shutoff notices may receive fast help

If so, get a 20% discount on your energy bill with the
PG&E California Alternate Rates for Energy (CARE)

• Free home energy audit

• No-cost solar installation for qualifying homeowners

If so, receive no-cost solar panels through
PG&E Family Electric Rate Assistance (FERA) Program
• Tier 3 electricity usage billed at tier 2 rate
• Cannot be used in combination with CARE
• Must have at least 3 people living in household
